- Experience in desktop support or IT help desk roles - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Availability to work overnight shifts on-site - Dependable and ready to start immediately - Preferred 3 years of experience in workstation and peripheral deployment - Preferred 3 years of experience in IT help desk or desktop support

- Triage incoming help desk calls throughout the Epic Go-Live - Accurately log and assign tickets to the relevant teams - Deliver fundamental desktop support and troubleshooting - Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate teams when necessary

We are looking for three Desktop Support Technicians to assist with an Epic Go-Live event in State College, PA. This contract position, running from May 18 to June 15, may extend, and training may occur during the day shift prior to overnight support from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Joining our team offers a valuable opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced environment. We prioritize a prompt interview and hiring process. The role is fully on-site, and we provide competitive benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, at a pay rate of $28.00 per hour.
