Requirements
Must:
I am seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution or an equivalent combination of education and experience. You should have over 7 years of experience in software development and/or systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a Solutions Architect or similar capacity. A strong understanding of AWS, C#, and React is essential, along with relevant certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional. Experience in designing scalable REST APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and event-driven systems is also required.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will expect you to partner with stakeholders to comprehend business needs and translate them into suitable architectural solutions. You will design comprehensive systems and integration strategies across cloud platforms while providing guidance to development teams with architecture blueprints, best practices, and technical oversight. Leading the adoption of modern technologies like microservices, serverless architecture, and secure APIs will be crucial. You will evaluate and recommend third-party services, SaaS platforms, and vendor integrations, ensuring that systems comply with security, scalability, and performance standards. Additionally, you will maintain architecture documentation, diagrams, and roadmaps, collaborate with DevOps teams to define CI/CD, monitoring, and cloud infrastructure standards, and support legacy system modernization efforts, including data migration and refactoring. Following company procedures to ensure the utmost security in protecting client Personal Identifiable Information (PII) is necessary. Other tasks may be assigned as needed.
Description
To equip you with the essential training required to excel in this position, it is mandatory to attend and complete all initial training onsite for up to 5 business days, unless prior management approval is granted. Please note that additional onsite training may be necessary based on business demands. You should possess strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, along with expert analytical abilities. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment is important, as well as a strong work ethic and dedication to excellence. Prior experience in tax, financial services, or legal tech settings is beneficial. Proficiency in technologies such as AWS Lambda, RDS, Cognito, S3 Step Functions, and EventBridge is required, along with familiarity with Salesforce. Strong listening skills with the capability to understand and influence others are also essential.
