Requirements
Must:
- I hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
- I possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership position.
- I am proficient in the C# programming language and have a successful track record of completed projects.
- I have familiarity with Python and Node.js for backend development tasks.
- I possess extensive experience utilizing AWS services such as Cognito, AppSync, SQS, Lambda, SNS, and IAM for cloud-based solutions.
- I have a strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- I have proven experience in project management and delivering complex software projects.
- I possess excellent problem-solving abilities and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- I demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- I provide technical guidance and mentorship to my development team, ensuring that best practices in coding and development processes are followed.
- I oversee the design, implementation, and deployment of software applications, conducting code reviews to ensure quality and performance.
- I stay updated with emerging technologies and thoughtfully integrate them into our development processes when suitable.
- I collaborate closely with project managers and designers to define project requirements and scope, preparing and presenting technical documentation and project status reports.
- I apply my expertise in C# and familiarity with Python and Node.js to overcome complex technical challenges and ensure the technical architecture aligns with our business objectives.
- I leverage my extensive experience with AWS services to enhance application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- I work effectively in a remote/offshore environment, seamlessly integrating into our development workflow, contributing to the codebase, and assisting in architecting and implementing AWS-based solutions.
- I adhere to company protocols to maintain the highest level of security to protect client personally identifiable information (PII).
- I undertake other duties as assigned.

I acknowledge that additional onsite training may be required depending on business needs.
