Cloud Engineering Manager

- Directly manage the design, maintenance, configuration, optimization, and upgrades of our cloud infrastructure utilizing platforms like AWS - Monitor key performance indicators to ensure the teams service delivery aligns with company standards - Oversee daily Cloud Engineering project delivery and associated tasks - Serve as the technical manager for the Cloud Engineering team, driving standard processes and troubleshooting methods - Assist engineering teams throughout all stages of project life cycles with technical issues - Provide training and guidance to team members - Evaluate and approve solutions proposed by Cloud Engineers - Take ownership of the infrastructure for automated builds, testing, continual integration, software releases, and system deployment - Create a modern continuous deployment platform using advanced technologies like containers and service mesh - Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to present information and recommendations - Investigate and debug environmental issues before and after deployments in collaboration with engineers and vendors - Adhere to company protocols to maintain the highest level of security for client Personal Identifiable Information (PII) - Fulfill additional duties as assigned
