Automation Solutions Architect

In this role, I will need you to collaborate closely with marketing, sales, servicing, finance, and accounting teams to comprehend workflows and processes, pinpoint manual tasks and inefficiencies, and uncover automation opportunities. You'll be responsible for exploring and assessing emerging AI tools, SaaS products, and automation platforms to decide whether to purchase, customize, or develop new solutions. I expect you to design, architect, and implement AI-driven solutions using AWS AI/ML services, RPA platforms, and third-party automation tools. You will lead proof-of-concepts and pilot projects for new AI technologies, evaluating their ROI before full deployment. Integrating AI solutions with existing systems such as C#, AWS Connect, Salesforce, and other enterprise applications to enhance efficiency and customer experiences will be a key part of your duties. Additionally, you will develop intelligent document processing, chatbots, NLP-driven assistants, and workflow automation systems that support all business departments. Partnering with business leaders to ensure that solutions positively impact KPIs like customer satisfaction, turnaround time, compliance accuracy, and operational cost reduction is critical. I will rely on your thought leadership in AI/automation, your ability to stay informed about market trends, and your capacity to provide strategic recommendations for technology adoption. You will also be responsible for training internal teams on AI-enabled workflows and preparing our organization for automation.
