Responsibilities

- Leverage our advanced AI technologies to innovate and boost team productivity.
- Collaborate with diverse teams within OpenAI to grasp their workflows, challenges, and needs, ensuring our solutions meet these demands.
- Partner with product engineers to introduce new features and research capabilities by establishing essential technical foundations.
- Provide guidance to product engineering teams on best practices for creating observant and scalable systems.
- Participate in our on-call rotation, ensuring the reliability of the systems we develop and responding to urgent incidents as required.
