Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in IT support
- Associate degree in Information Technology or comparable experience
- Proficiency in supporting Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 environments
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune, and endpoint management
- Understanding of network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls
- Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, MCSA, or CCNA are advantageous
Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced troubleshooting and assistance for Windows workstations, laptops, and peripherals
- Serve as a technical escalation resource for intricate desktop and endpoint challenges
- Oversee workstation imaging, configuration, and management throughout its lifecycle
- Provide support for Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune, and Group Policy
- Maintain and supervise server backups and disaster recovery systems
- Assist with and sustain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls
- Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting methodologies
- Offer training and technical guidance to staff members
- Mentor junior IT technicians while advocating best practices
- Assess and recommend hardware and software solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to meet technological needs
