Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, including a minimum of 2 years focused on Service Portfolio Management (SPM), previously known as ITBM.
- Proficient in ServiceNow development tools, such as workflows, flow designer, business rules, scripts, and Access Control Lists (ACL).
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience in a diverse, global working environment.
- ServiceNow certification is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Quick adaptability to new concepts and functionalities.
Responsibilities
- Configure and develop the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with the ServiceNow Architect and business analysts to convert business requirements into effective solutions.
- Implement integrations with various client systems and applications utilizing API, Integration Hub, and other integration methods.
- Manage the creation and migration of Update Sets, adhering to the Client Global IT Change Management procedures.
- Conduct unit testing to validate solutions before they undergo User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
