Senior Program Manager, Access Control Migration

- Plan and manage multiple large and complex projects concurrently with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction - Demonstrate strategic thinking and collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders to drive cross-functional solutions - Convert project sponsors expectations into clearly defined project scopes - Oversee end-to-end coordination to ensure delivery aligns with stakeholder needs and goals - Provide direction and support for various work streams, developing and structuring project plans collaboratively - Bridge the gap between necessary business outcomes and technical execution through sound business judgment - Identify and communicate project health, risks, issues, and dependencies effectively - Manage timely escalation and resolution of project roadblocks - Adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment, ensuring team flexibility to minimize impacts on project outcomes - Oversee all aspects of physical security technical projects from planning through execution - Uphold enterprise standards throughout planning, design, installation, and commissioning phases - Develop security budget requirements and ensure timely communication of budgetary items - Document stakeholder approvals and prepare project summaries and presentations for leadership - Communicate and document all project deliverables clearly - Attend project meetings, provide regular updates, and act as the primary contact for security projects - Manage project installations, technology refreshes, and decommissioning on schedule and within budget - Collaborate with security vendors and property management to explore single badge access solutions
