Requirements
Must:
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or a related discipline
- 7-12 years of professional experience in software development
- Proficient in Python programming
- Expertise in SQL programming with the capability to write and optimize complex queries
- Ability to juggle multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills with senior management and stakeholders
- Strong project management and people management abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with experience engaging both technical and business audiences
- Preferably background in the financial sector
- Familiarity with messaging tools such as IBM MQ, TIBCO, Rabbit MQ, or similar
- Experience with SOAP and REST APIs
- Knowledge of cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience in designing and architecting systems
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, support, and maintain software applications
- Utilize Python, SQL, C#/.Net, and middleware IBM MQ for messaging
- Implement solutions on AWS or Azure cloud platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver software solutions
- Optimize existing applications for better performance and scalability
- Manage multiple software development projects simultaneously
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and senior management
- Develop documentation for software applications and processes
- Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
