Requirements
Must:
- Profound knowledge of project and program management frameworks and instruments (e.g. Waterfall, Agile, Atlassian tools, MS Project)
- 7-10 years of pertinent experience in IT Program Management, including 5-10 years in a leadership capacity
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-resolution skills
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Analytical mindset with strong proficiency in data evaluation, reporting, and budgeting
- Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, business management, or a related discipline; advanced degrees are favored
Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute program goals and strategies that align with our organizations overall vision
- Plan and oversee multiple IT programs from inception to completion, defining processes, milestones, and deadlines (including projects related to IT Operations, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Applications, and clinical software)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and upper management to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Lead IT program and project managers, offering guidance, feedback, and solutions to complex challenges
- Generate and deliver comprehensive reports on program advancement, obstacles, and outcomes to senior management
- Promote ongoing enhancements in IT program delivery, efficiency, and productivity
