Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience with identity infrastructure and synchronization technologies, including Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP, SAML, SCIM, EID Connect, Cloud Synch, and MIM
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end identity provisioning and deprovisioning processes, alongside standards and best practices related to HRIS and IdP relations
- Familiarity with authentication infrastructure, protocols, and access control mechanisms
- Understanding of Microsoft security products and alternatives, including Entra Identity Governance, Entitlement Management, Defender, and Purview
- Knowledge of endpoint management tools and standards, such as endpoint DLP, Defender for Cloud Apps, and Intune endpoint management
- Experience with monitoring and logging solutions like Microsoft Sentinel, Cribl, Splunk, Cloudwatch, Cloudtrail, and MS Log Analytics
- Proven ability to engage with senior leadership on technical and architectural considerations, best practices, and risk management strategies
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Information Security team to define and advocate for infrastructure requirements related to security initiatives, ensuring integration of security needs into infrastructure projects
- Identify opportunities for standardizing security tools and practices across a multi-company environment to enhance operational and financial efficiency
- Ensure alignment of proposed and existing infrastructure architectures with organizational goals and strategies
- Work with various teams to translate application requirements into technical solutions and product specifications
- Drive compliance and security measures into the architecture framework
- Document existing systems architecture and technology portfolios and propose improvements or alternatives
