Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar discipline
- Over 5 years of pertinent experience in software development
- Proficiency in Java, C++, Rust, and TypeScript
- Experience in the design, execution, and rollout of substantial, intricate software solutions
- Strong knowledge of systems programming in UNIX variants and Windows
- Familiarity with diverse database systems
- Capability to grasp complex financial theories and products
- Ability to assume accountability and function independently in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations
- Demonstrated capacity to collaborate effectively with technologists and front office leaders
- Working expertise in low-level socket communication programming
- Knowledge of asynchronous programming techniques
- Experience with network programming
- Understanding of functional and object-oriented programming principles
- Familiar with event-driven architecture and distributed real-time services
- Background in managing large-scale, multi-library, multi-language projects
- Expertise in Rust and understanding of async Rust alongside the Tokio runtime
- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira and version control with GitHub
Responsibilities
- Engage in full stack development to build high-performance applications
