Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred. - Minimum of 3 years of administration and 2nd level support experience with iManage Work. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to diverse audiences. - Familiarity with the legal industry and the associated risk management challenges. - Proven experience managing multiple projects and adapting to changing priorities and deadlines. - Effective collaboration skills in a team-focused environment. - Flexibility to embrace new strategies and evolving priorities within the firm. - Willingness to mentor team members and share expertise within the IT Department. - Extensive troubleshooting expertise in an enterprise setting. - Proficiency in using iManage REST API, Python, PowerShell, or other scripting languages. - Solid understanding of relational databases and TSQL scripting. - Hands-on experience with iManage Security Policy Manager and Threat Manager. - Knowledge of administering iManage Records Manager is desirable. - Familiarity with iManage Closing Folders and Tracker is an advantage. - Experience with Flexible Folders administration is a plus. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize effectively, and manage shifting deadlines. - Strong planning, project management, and organizational capabilities. - Ability to build trust and respect among attorneys and professional staff. -

Responsibilities

- Perform administrative tasks and oversee automated maintenance jobs for all iManage applications. - Provide elevated support for complex iManage application issues. - Take ownership of escalated issues and ensure their resolution. - Collaborate with IT Operations teams to enhance client service delivery for iManage and other applications. - Plan and implement updates and upgrades for iManage systems and associated third-party utilities. - Maintain and enhance integrations with iManage applications for data synchronization, workspace generation, and reporting. - Identify and develop solutions for process improvement opportunities. - Acquire and maintain in-depth technical expertise in the iManage product suite. - Keep abreast of iManage communications regarding releases, known issues, and maintenance schedules, and relay pertinent information to stakeholders. - Optimize the administration of Security Policy Manager and work with the Client Intake team on advanced features. - Improve the management of Threat Manager in collaboration with Information Governance and User Experience teams for enhanced reporting. - Assist the Database Systems team with additional tasks as required.
