Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Hands-on experience with the Intapp product suite, particularly Intapp Time.
- Additional familiarity with Intapp Integration Services (IIS/Boomi) and Intapp Cloud applications (Time and/or Terms) is a plus.
- Experience with Litera Foundation is advantageous.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to convey technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Understanding of legal firm operations, including associated risk management issues.
- Proven ability to operate successfully and independently in a dynamic environment with varying projects and tight deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset suitable for a team-oriented setting.
- Flexibility to adapt in support of evolving firm strategies and priorities.
- Willingness to perform system updates or resolve issues outside standard business hours when required.
- Openness to share knowledge and skills with fellow team members and IT Department staff.
- Extensive experience in troubleshooting applications within an enterprise context.
- Strong understanding of relational databases and TSQL scripting.
- Moderate experience developing or maintaining workflows and rules in Intapp Integrate (Integration Builder/IB) is preferred.
- Familiarity with Python, PowerShell, or other scripting languages is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Elite 3E or similar Legal Practice Management Systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities
- Manage administrative tasks for Litera Foundation and Intapp Cloud applications (Time, Terms, IIS/Boomi).
- Oversee and maintain data integrations between systems, ensuring comprehensive understanding of end-to-end processes and data flow.
- Provide advanced user support for complex Intapp Cloud and Litera Foundation application issues.
- Take ownership of escalated problems and ensure their resolution through to completion.
- Utilize strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage incidents throughout their lifecycle.
- Collaborate effectively with vendor support and engage with internal and external stakeholders to resolve incidents and implement solutions.
- Identify and develop opportunities for process enhancements.
- Maintain an in-depth technical familiarity with the Litera Foundation and the Intapp product suite.
- Stay informed on communications from Intapp and Litera regarding new releases, issues, service interruptions, and maintenance schedules, relaying key information to internal stakeholders as necessary.
- Optimize management of Litera Foundation and collaborate with the Marketing team to implement product enhancements and advanced features.
- Optimize administration of Intapp Cloud products (Time and Terms) and work with the Finance and IT User Experience teams to deploy advanced functionalities.
- Assist the Database Systems team with various tasks as needed.
