Requirements
Must:
- High school diploma.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Prior experience in email support is essential.
- A strong emphasis on troubleshooting.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills across various teams and time zones.
- High attention to detail with the capability to manage multiple issues at once.
- Proficiency in Slack, ticketing systems, and spreadsheet tools for tracking and reporting issues.
- Experience in a call center or a similar customer support position.
Responsibilities
- I will provide exceptional customer service via email.
- I will engage with clients daily through Slack or other communication platforms, managing escalations and follow-ups.
- I will create, monitor, and control tickets to address connection problems.
- I will investigate and resolve data connection errors to ensure that usersβ financial information is accurately presented within the application.
- I will offer timely updates to users on ongoing issues or resolutions.
- I will track and record persistent issues affecting specific data providers or financial institutions.
- I will serve as a Tier 2 (T2) escalation point for complex or unresolved issues.
Description
This position is full-time with a pay rate starting at $16.00 per hour and requires about 40 hours of work per week. We offer benefits that include dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance. The work location is in person. Preferred qualifications include experience in technical support, data operations, or customer service, and familiarity with financial data providers such as Plaid, MX, or Finicity is an added advantage.
