IT Systems and Network Support Technician

As a Service Technician, you will be the primary point of contact for client technical issues, managing a variety of tasks from troubleshooting connectivity dilemmas to resolving software challenges. You will closely collaborate with clients to identify and resolve issues, both remotely and on-site, as necessary. This position is open to both Entry and Mid-Level engineers, with differing expectations for job knowledge and experience based on your background.
