Requirements
Must:

- General troubleshooting expertise for Windows 10 and 11, including permissions and device driver management.
- Fundamental understanding of network protocols, such as TCP/IP.
- Familiarity with Adobe software including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira, and Confluence is advantageous.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting while also being accountable for individual outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support through inbound and outbound phone calls as well as email communications.
- Record all incoming interactions and capture thorough case notes in our tracking database (Salesforce).
- Document troubleshooting methods employed during support.
- Elevate complex issues to the Research and Development team.
- Apply a hands-on approach to resolving customer challenges.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients about unresolved issues, according to set guidelines.
- Gather and extract data from various internal and external sources.
- Engage in training initiatives to enhance technical knowledge and expand product expertise.
- Represent the organization positively in all communications.
- Conduct in-house or on-site training sessions for clients as assigned.
- Perform other duties as required.
