Requirements
Must:
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

- CCNA, Network+, or equivalent practical experience
- Capacity to work effectively both independently and within a team
Responsibilities
- Provision, set up, and test E-Line, E-LAN, and Internet services
- Design, develop, and support Internet and long-haul data networks
- Create and implement testing plans to verify infrastructure and system performance
- Configure, monitor, and diagnose BGP and OSPF protocols
- Generate and keep up-to-date network diagrams and technical documentation
- Apply standards and guidelines for network design and implementation
- Record network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting methods
- Provide Tier 3 escalation support and partake in a rotating on-call roster
- Assist with maintenance cycles and scheduled network upgrades
Description
We are looking for a Telecom Network Engineer III to join our dynamic engineering team. In this Tier 3 role, you will play a key part in designing, provisioning, testing, and supporting Internet and long-haul data services within a service provider context.
