Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in IT support positions
- Proficient in utilizing IT tools such as Remedy for ticketing
- Strong understanding of computer hardware and software systems
- Excellent communication abilities to effectively engage with users and team members
- Associate degree required
- 1 year of experience in technical support preferred
- 1 year of experience with LAN required
- 1 year of experience in computer hardware required
- 1 year of experience in computer management required
- 1 year of experience with Autotask preferred
- Ability to commute to Nashville, TN 37217 is required
- Willingness to relocate to Nashville, TN 37217 before starting work is preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users for software and hardware issues
- Troubleshoot network connectivity problems including LAN, VPN, and Firewall configurations
- Oversee desktop support tasks such as installations, configurations, and upgrades
- Respond to help desk tickets promptly and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Support computer management tasks, including maintenance and updates
