Requirements
Must:
- I require 2+ years of experience in quality assurance or related fields.
- I value skeptical curiosity and a genuine desire to seek out bugs and glitches.
- You should have the ability to teach yourself new skills and adapt to changing environments.
- I look for a willingness to embrace Agile methodology.
- Previous experience in QA testing is essential.
- Experience in software development or QA automation is a plus.
- A wide range of experience working with web apps and other technologies is important to me.
- I need someone who can effectively communicate with people of all backgrounds.
- I appreciate a proactive attitude; please avoid phrases like “That’s not my job.”
Responsibilities
- You will own software quality at OneStaff.
- Conduct manual and exploratory testing.
- Develop automated unit, integration, and UI end-to-end tests.
- Write and facilitate user acceptance tests.
- Maintain tests of all types as projects grow and requirements change.
- Create technical risk assessments and testing plans to drive testing efforts.
- Use Jira to document bugs and track QA automation tasks.
