IT project coordinator with Agile experience

- Advanced verbal and written communication skills - Strong interpersonal abilities for effective interaction with colleagues, vendors, and clients - Proven negotiation abilities - Capacity to read and interpret Statements of Work (SOW) and Scopes of Work (SOW) - Exceptional attention to detail - Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to adapt to project changes - Proficient in interpreting various instructions including written, oral, diagram, or schedule forms - Clear understanding of project deadlines, scopes of work, and project life cycles - Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team - Solid knowledge of budgetary and financial aspects - Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) - Experience with ticketing systems, CRM, and/or database software is advantageous - Intermediate technical knowledge in the information technology and telecommunications sectors - Basic understanding of network equipment such as access points, routers, switches, and modems - 2-3 years of relevant experience in a technical field, project coordination, or dispatch role
