Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Software, or related field); Masters degree is an advantage.
- Ability to manage and execute complex logistics and travel plans.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Familiarity with advanced computer architectures, covering everything from single server components to large datacenter server interconnect architectures.
- 2-5 years of experience in technical support or applications engineering roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in translating complex technical details for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in direct customer interactions or in a technical support capacity.
- Readiness to travel occasionally for customer appointments or product assistance as needed.
Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert on product functionalities, performance metrics, and application use.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to meet customer inquiries and requirements.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers throughout pre-sales and post-sales processes.
- Create technical documentation, application notes, user manuals, and training resources.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to convey customer feedback and influence product advancements.
- Conduct product assessments, testing, and validation tailored to specific customer scenarios.
- Facilitate product launches by coordinating demos, technical presentations, and on-site customer engagements.
- Diagnose and resolve product application challenges in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
