Requirements
Must:
- 5–8+ years of experience in Infrastructure Security, Digital Forensics, or Data Loss Prevention
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Purview, Okta Identity Governance, Mimecast, and Exchange Admin Center
- Proven ability to conduct security investigations and forensic analysis
- Proficiency in Python or Kusto Query Language (KQL)
- Strong knowledge of identity governance and detection of insider threats
- Bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English, both fluently
- Must be present in our Dallas, Texas office during standard business hours, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
- Conduct both manual and automated reviews of outbound email attachments sent to external domains
- Design and implement Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies using Microsoft Purview and Mimecast
- Monitor quarantine queues and analyze outbound communications with attachments
- Execute forensic investigations related to potential PII exfiltration incidents
- Review communications in Spanish to detect contextual indicators of sensitive data leaks
- Establish governance rules for outgoing messaging platforms, including Salesforce SMS
- Audit identity and administrative activity logs across Okta and Microsoft 365
- Investigate unauthorized configuration modifications or attempts to bypass security policies
- Collaborate with HR and Legal teams to preserve digital evidence and maintain chain-of-custody documentation
