Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of direct experience in credit union back-office operations
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience may substitute for a degree)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with DNA financial banking core system
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in systems analysis
- Experience with AI-enhanced platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, chatbots, or predictive analytics tools) is advantageous
- Ability to translate business needs into AI-supported system configurations and enhancements
- Capable of solving problems with a variety of concrete variables in non-standard situations
- Experience in collaboration and conflict resolution within teams
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business units as a technical resource to design, build, test, and configure new deposit and loan products
- Maintain documentation on product build, configuration, testing, and corrections
- Interpret and apply current knowledge of the DNA system to execute necessary configurations
- Analyze the functionality of DNA and custom applications to pinpoint improvement opportunities
- Review DNA release documentation to assess impact and recommend features to business units
- Consult with managers and leadership to identify procedural efficiencies in core operations
- Lead assessments of scope, resource needs, and return on investment for development prioritization
- Work with developers and database administrators using agile methodology for project coordination
- Troubleshoot DNA system issues associated with loan, deposit, and app functionality
- Develop detailed specifications that meet business needs while considering impacts across departments
- Manage project and change execution to achieve both short- and long-term objectives
- Navigate roadblocks in development goals while collaborating with technical resources
- Conduct effective testing of solutions using industry-standard methods
- Serve as a DNA ambassador, sharing knowledge and proactively recommending improvements
- Collaborate with teams to assess AI use cases and integrate relevant tools into system enhancements
- Support AI-driven feature implementation, including testing, documentation, and monitoring performance
- Analyze data to discover opportunities for predictive analytics and automation
- Stay updated on AI trends relevant to core banking and enterprise systems
