Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a full-stack developer or in a comparable role

- Self-motivated with a capacity for quick learning and adapting in a dynamic environment

- Interest in taking ownership of projects from start to finish, with guidance from a senior developer and the larger team
- Hands-on approach to problem-solving and continuous enhancement
Responsibilities
- Develop and improve client-facing applications, internal tools, and automated workflows
- Assist in the advancement of AI-powered internal tools and business process automation
- Experiment with innovative AI and LLM technologies to enhance workflows and operational productivity
- Create features across the stack using modern JavaScript and TypeScript technologies, including React and Node.js
- Operate within a serverless AWS environment and recommend suitable tools and services to support business objectives
- Integrate with external services and APIs, including popular platforms like Salesforce
- Maintain and refine existing applications through updates, code restructuring, and feature expansions
- Work closely with business stakeholders, designers, project managers, DevOps, and the development team to grasp requirements and translate concepts into functional solutions
- Progress backlog items while familiarizing yourself with the current platform and contributing to its development
- Perform additional duties as assigned
