Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in engineering system administration for Active Directory
- Experienced with VMware hardware solutions
- Knowledgeable about Storage Area Network (SAN) technologies
- Familiar with Dell PowerScale and Dell VXRail
- Strong leadership skills to guide a team
- Ability to collaborate with senior infrastructure engineers and system administrators
- Microsoft Certified System Administrator certification is required
Responsibilities
- Support Senior System Administrator and technical staff in Microsoft Windows Server environments
- Manage and maintain Active Directory systems
- Oversee PKI and Microsoft Networking Infrastructure
- Lead the data migration project from HCA to Santa Clara Countys compute and storage resources
- Maintain virtual server infrastructure on VXRail, Lenovo, and Azure-based VMs
- Engage with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
- Contribute to planning and implementing improvements for system infrastructure
