Requirements
Must:
- Recent experience with pure React and TypeScript adhering to React 18 best practices (avoiding classical components or HOCs)
- Current experience with Redux and Redux Sagas (not alternatives like Zustand or other state management solutions)
- Familiarity with the ReduxJS Toolkit (RTK) is acceptable
- Experience in developing and managing basic components (buttons, dropdowns, layouts, etc.) without relying on third-party libraries like Chakra, MUI, Antd, etc.
- Proficiency with styles-in-JS patterns using styled-components or @emotion/styled, preferably with advanced implementations like custom themes, theme mapping, and mobile-responsive components
- Knowledge of the latest data routing with react-router-dom is a benefit
- Experience with monorepositories is advantageous (NX workspace is highly desirable)
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of engineering decisions with an emphasis on autonomy and decision-making beyond mere styling
- Articulate and rationalize what you are developing, how it operates, and the rationale behind architectural and engineering choices
- Engage in discussions concerning higher-level architecture and ensure compliance with engineering and architectural standards
- Consider the long-term implications of your decisions
- Understand technical debt, its ramifications, and strategies to mitigate it
- Demonstrate strong communication abilities
