Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Extensive experience creating interactive dashboards using Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, data modeling concepts, and performance-oriented data transformation methods.
- Proven experience managing large, complex datasets and integrating ServiceNow data for lifecycle and operational assessments.
- Ability to design clear, executive-level visualizations that translate operational metrics into actionable insights.
- Skilled in building Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven) and utilizing Power Automate to streamline workflows and minimize manual tasks.
Responsibilities
- Analyze significant volumes of AMDB and ServiceNow data to uncover lifecycle patterns, root causes, and improvement possibilities.
- Create and sustain executive-ready dashboards and visual representations that aid in operational and strategic decision-making.
- Convert intricate asset and ticket data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Improve reporting processes through automation, data validation mechanisms, and standardized reporting practices.
- Collaborate across departments with Asset Management and Technology teams to enhance data quality and optimize reporting workflows.
