Requirements
Must:
- University degree in management, IT, or HR (or equivalent experience)
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and experience in functional analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bilingualism (French/English)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Willingness to learn HRIS system configuration
Responsibilities
- Document functional requirements for HR processes according to established procedures
- Configure and validate HR systems (Workforce Software, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.) to meet business needs
- Analyze and resolve defects and bugs in HRIS platforms
- Manage and plan requests for enhancements and updates to SaaS tools
- Train users and coordinate documentation of new processes
