- Utilize my company’s service ticketing system to track, prioritize, and document all support requests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems when required.
- Provide accurate information, instructions, or solutions to customers regarding our products or services.
- Collaborate with the Service Manager and other team members to enhance support processes and documentation.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and support protocols.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory issue resolution and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with the materials team to secure and ship parts as needed.
- You may be assigned additional duties by your Supervisor or Manager as necessary.
Description
I am searching for a customer-centric, technically skilled Technical Support Specialist to be part of our service team. This position entails delivering first-level support to customers through phone and email, ensuring the timely and effective resolution of technical issues via our service ticketing system. The perfect candidate will be a clear communicator, a problem-solver, and committed to providing outstanding customer service. Comprehensive product training and ongoing support will be offered to guarantee your success in the role and boost your confidence in assisting our customers. Work Environment & Hours: This is a full-time position based in the office and on the shop floor as needed to resolve or investigate customer concerns. Our standard hours of operation are Monday – Thursday, from 7 am to 4:30 pm & Friday from 7 am to 11 am (overtime as required). Pay scale ranges from $19 - $24 per hour, expected hours are 40 – 45 per week.
