Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in computer science or software engineering preferred - Platform Developer II Certification (preferred) - Over 4 years of Salesforce development expertise - Experience in developing customer-facing interfaces - Proficient in writing Apex classes and triggers - Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities - Strong verbal, written, and data presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams - Familiarity with Salesforce architecture and API - Experience using GitHub or similar version control software - Knowledge of integrating Salesforce with other applications - At least 2 years of experience creating dashboards using Tableau - Experience working with Salesforce data and objects - Proficient in SQL for querying and data analysis - Familiarity with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server/Cloud

Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and transform them into tailored solutions utilizing the Salesforce platform - Design, code, and implement Salesforce applications - Develop Apex classes and triggers, Lightning Components, and Visualforce to enhance Salesforce functionalities in line with business needs - Collaborate with project leadership to estimate work effort and establish realistic development schedules - Assist in each release cycle, implementing and deploying new features or updates to existing applications and code - Create integrations from Salesforce to proprietary and third-party services - Test and ensure the stability and functionality of applications - Troubleshoot and resolve any bugs - Maintain the security and integrity of application software - Design, develop, and uphold Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations - Support Tableau Server/Cloud deployments, including publishing, scheduling, and refreshes
