Must:
- Proven experience in senior IT leadership roles, preferably in commercial or industrial services
- Expertise in leading digital transformation initiatives across multiple divisions or operating units
- Strong background in implementing and standardizing ERP, CRM, project management, and payroll systems
- Successful history of managing IT integration during various acquisitions
- Ability to develop executive dashboards that aggregate data from multiple sources
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity and risk management
- Familiarity with implementing AI or automation solutions in practical business settings
- Demonstrated ability in leading and building high-performing teams
- Knowledge of cloud-based platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Sage Intacct, NetSuite, Accumatica, Salesforce, BuildOps, ServiceTitan, or ServiceTrade
Responsibilities
- Define and implement a long-term IT strategy that aligns with Oklahoma Chillers growth goals
- Lead initiatives for digital transformation to replace outdated and fragmented processes
- Oversee and optimize core enterprise systems including ERP, CRM, project management, payroll, and communications tools
- Design, deploy, and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to safeguard company and client information
- Create and manage unified databases that integrate financial and operational data across various units
- Develop executive dashboards providing real-time KPIs and actionable insights
- Create and apply a consistent IT integration framework for add-on acquisitions
- Conduct technology due diligence during acquisitions to identify potential integration risks and opportunities
- Transition acquired companies onto standardized platforms and phase out legacy systems
- Identify and introduce practical AI and automation solutions to boost efficiency and decision-making
- Build, lead, and mentor an internal IT team with exceptional performance
- Manage relationships with vendors to guarantee performance, security, and scalability
- Embody Oklahoma Chillers mission, vision, and values in all interactions, both internally and externally
