Requirements
Must:
- Proven senior-level experience in the pharmacy or prescriber domain is essential
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management
- Excellent ability to develop and prioritize product roadmaps

- Effective collaboration skills with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams
- Experience in gathering user feedback and implementing product improvements
- Proficient in driving user adoption and engagement strategies
- Strong organizational skills for release planning and quality assurance coordination
- Knowledge of the Canadian healthcare reimbursement landscape
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the product lifecycle for the OkRx Pharmacy or Prescriber platform
- Create and manage the product roadmap while prioritizing features by user impact and business value
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to transform concepts into clear, actionable requirements
- Partner with business leads to outline product strategies, pricing structures, and market positioning
- Collect user feedback and convert insights into actionable product enhancements
- Drive engagement and measurable outcomes within pharmacy teams
- Oversee release planning, quality assurance activities, and market readiness initiatives
- Ensure effective scaling of the product within Canadas intricate reimbursement framework
Description
At OkRx, we are an AI-driven health technology platform dedicated to simplifying the medication approval process by connecting clinics, pharmacies, and insurers across Canada. We are currently seeking a Product Lead to take charge of our Pharmacy and Prescriber platforms, which are pivotal in improving patient access to treatment. This is an exciting opportunity to influence a flagship product during a critical phase of growth, enabling you to impact how medications are approved and delivered nationally. This role is hybrid remote, located in Mississauga, ON, offering an annual salary between $80,000.00 and $100,000.00.
