Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field - Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in system analysis and support within a healthcare setting - In lieu of a degree, 10 years of experience in system analysis and support in healthcare - Certification in Epic Cadence, Prelude, Grand Central, and Welcome modules is mandatory - Extensive experience with Epic, Workday, and Kronos applications - Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams - Familiarity with system integration and data migration projects - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficient in project management tools and methodologies - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Responsibilities

- Analyze and document current business operations and workflows - Identify system requirements and convert them into detailed specifications - Design and implement solutions to enhance system efficiency and user experience - Provide advanced technical support for Epic, Workday, Kronos, and other applications - Troubleshoot and rectify system issues promptly - Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for system updates and patches - Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to ensure integration across the IT portfolio - Manage smaller projects pertaining to system implementations and upgrades - Lead project teams using various project management methodologies - Create and maintain thorough documentation for system configurations and processes - Mentor junior analysts and offer guidance on best practices - Ensure seamless integration of various healthcare applications - Manage data integrity and security across systems - Conduct data analysis and generate reports as necessary
