Practice Relations Specialist

- Develop and strengthen referral relationships with general dentists and specialists in the assigned territory - Conduct regular field visits and make scheduled appointments with dental offices - Represent the practice professionally and maintain visibility across all locations - Analyze referral patterns, identify growth potential, and relay market insights to leadership - Collaborate with the surgical team and regional leaders on territory growth strategies - Support campaigns promoting new practice openings and services - Track and analyze activities to ensure informed decision-making regarding referrals - Collect evidence of return on investment from marketing efforts - Plan and facilitate events such as Lunch & Learns and Open Houses - Manage logistics for events, including venue selection and attendee coordination - Assess event outcomes and evaluate their impact on referrals and patient influx - Generate authentic, engaging content for marketing purposes - Handle social media content management and analyze performance metrics - Keep up with social media trends to ensure content relevance - Travel as necessary to enhance referral development and practice management - Independently organize scheduling and prioritize trips for efficiency - Maintain detailed records of activities and communications - Provide weekly summaries of activities as required by management
