- In-depth understanding of SharePoint and Teams architecture, governance, and security best practices.
- Exceptional communication and documentation abilities.
- Collaborative and flexible, with a knack for leading cross-functional technical projects.

Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and development of solutions for SharePoint Online, M365, Power Platform, and Teams.
- Modernize and transition InfoPath forms and Nintex workflows to the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Create custom web parts and business applications using SPFx, React, Angular, and .NET (C#, ASP.NET).
- Develop and maintain intricate PowerShell scripts for automation and migration tasks.
- Integrate SharePoint and M365 with Azure services, Teams, and third-party APIs.
- Design and deploy Teams applications, bots, and integrations to enhance collaboration and streamline workflows.
- Create and implement Copilot and agent solutions to improve user experience and productivity within Teams and M365.
- Oversee migrations from SharePoint On-Premises to SharePoint Online using industry-standard tools (such as ShareGate, AvePoint).
- Strategize and execute upgrades to information architecture, taxonomy, and governance frameworks.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SharePoint/M365/Teams upgrades, patch management, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to convert requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Mentor developers and support staff on best practices and platform capabilities.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and contribute to planning sprints.
- Guarantee timely and quality delivery of technical solutions aligned with business goals.
