Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- 2+ years of experience for Analyst II, 4+ years for Analyst III, and 8+ years for Analyst IV positions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with energy systems, utility data analytics, or SCADA integration preferred.
- Experience with project management and business process improvement.
- Understanding of data and program security best practices, including hands-on experience with security tools.
- Excellent diagnostic, problem-solving, and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven experience working in cross-functional teams, both technical and non-technical.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Customer-focused mindset with capability to work independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and functional reporting, documentation, and post-event compliance analysis expertise within the System Operations group.
- Ensure the integrity of essential operating documents and compliance with reliability standards.
- Collect and analyze data from various systems to meet operational reporting needs.
- Maintain and review operational reporting, ensuring alignment with established protocols.
- Coordinate necessary resources to address immediate operational reporting requirements and compliance activities.
- Oversee monitoring processes, readiness for operational reporting, and manage projects from start to finish.
- Conduct event analysis and interact with leadership on results to ensure continuity in operations.
- Train team members on compliance policies and operational procedures.
