Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited institution. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in implementing and operating enterprise IAM solutions. - Familiarity with enterprise IAM platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, Ping Identity, or ForgeRock. - Proficient knowledge of SSO, MFA, conditional access, RBAC, ABAC, and Zero Trust architectures. - Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions and secure service account management. - Competence in scripting and automation, preferably with PowerShell or Python. - Understanding of identity-related regulatory and compliance requirements, including SOX, NERC CIP, ISO 27001. - Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. - Positive, customer-focused attitude, with the ability to work independently and influence team dynamics.

Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise IAM solutions, ensuring alignment with security and scalability standards. - Own and improve Joiner/Mover/Leaver workflows utilizing authoritative identity sources. - Deploy and manage PAM solutions, enforcing least privilege and ensuring compliance. - Assist with access reviews, audits, and regulatory assessments, maintaining thorough IAM documentation. - Support incident response for identity-related security issues and enhance monitoring capabilities. - Act as a subject matter expert in IAM, guiding peers and influencing application onboarding strategies.
