Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Science, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 4 years of project management experience involving IT systems, methodologies, and tools (or 8 years of relevant experience).
- Minimum of 6 years of project management experience for IT Project Manager IV level (or 10 years of relevant experience).
- Relevant certifications are highly desired, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe Agilist).
- Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Project, Primavera, or Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Rally).
- Strong understanding of IT systems, including programming languages (e.g., Java), databases (e.g., MS SQL Server), and operating systems (e.g., Windows, UNIX).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong leadership abilities and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise multiple IT projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and management.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables while developing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Track project milestones, assessing risks and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Inspire and motivate project team members to foster collaboration, resolve conflicts, and maintain effective communication.
- Prepare and facilitate meetings, while delivering comprehensive reports to stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project budgets, tracking costs and resources effectively.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and governance standards, managing changes in project scope and goals.
- Conduct post-project reviews, extracting lessons learned and ensuring comprehensive documentation.
