Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or a related field - A minimum of 10 years of experience in Cybersecurity, IT Security, Network Security, IT Infrastructure, Cloud infrastructure, Virtualization, Business Analysis, IT, or Technology - Alternatively, an Associates Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field with at least 14 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role - Eighteen (18) years of direct experience in Cybersecurity, IT Security, Network Security, IT Infrastructure, Cloud infrastructure, Virtualization, Business Analysis, IT, or Technology, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role - Desired certifications: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) - Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities - Outstanding organizational and time management skills - Strong analytical and innovative problem-solving capabilities - Proficient in establishing and nurturing effective professional relationships as needed by the role

Responsibilities

- Lead cybersecurity operations, governance, and security technology programs across IT Shared Services - Collaborate closely with IT and business stakeholders to ascertain their IT security needs and align them with strategic goals - Develop, refine, and uphold IT security policies and processes - Identify, prioritize, and drive new solution concepts, leading the implementation of initiatives that integrate with company strategy and best practices - Foster positive relationships with IT peers and business stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Manage the IT Cybersecurity budget, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives - Prepare, review, and consolidate departmental budgets, perform variance analysis, and oversee routine cost-management activities - Supervise individual and departmental performance to achieve desired outcomes - Provide feedback and training to team members to facilitate optimal staff development - Communicate the departments vision and strategic initiatives to inspire team success - Oversee the execution of routine departmental operations and personnel-related tasks - Ensure secure, efficient, and high-quality functioning of the cybersecurity team - Direct the performance of third-party Security Operations Center (SOC) for monitoring and incident response and manage the vulnerability management program - Drive cybersecurity automation, operational maturity, and ensure accountability between cybersecurity and infrastructure tasks
