Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Entry-level position: Some exposure to Enterprise systems implementation, project management, and general system support.
- Level II: At least 2 years of experience managing Enterprise systems, performing system assessments, and troubleshooting.
- Level III: A minimum of 4 years of experience in designing and overseeing Enterprise systems, conducting assessments, and resolving issues.
- Alternative experience may substitute for formal qualifications: 4 years for Level I, 6 years for Level II, and 8 years for Level III.
- Relevant certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) are advantageous.
- Extensive experience in implementing and managing Enterprise systems.
- Proficient in project management and system analysis.
- Strong understanding of business process optimization and quality assurance practices.
- Familiar with project management methodologies and tools.
- Knowledgeable about various Enterprise systems and solutions.
- Skilled in scripting languages (JavaScript, Python) and documentation/reporting.
- Expertise in ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Ivanti ITSM.
- Deep understanding of data/program security best practices and security technologies.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and managing third-party vendors and APIs.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and development for the IBM Maximo platform.
- Conduct thorough system analysis and design appropriate information systems based on our architecture.
- Collect and evaluate information from system users to identify business requirements and create application requirements.
- Prepare project plans, coordinate resources, and manage consulting efforts in system development.
- Draft and update technical documentation, and explore potential system solutions.
- Establish and coordinate standards and best practices for a secure and efficient Enterprise Application environment.
- Engage in ongoing improvement efforts to enhance system performance and reliability across IT.
- Troubleshoot issues and deliver tier 2 and tier 3 support to end users.
- Build and develop application tables, panels, and reports.
