Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in designing and managing Enterprise systems for Level III; 6 years for Level IV; and 8 years for Level V.
- Equivalent relevant experience may be considered (8 years for Level III, 10 years for Level IV, 12 years for Level V).
- Experience with Enterprise systems implementation and management.
- Proficient in project management and system analysis methodologies.
- Familiarity with various Enterprise systems and solutions.
- Proficient in documentation and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of data/program security best practices and related tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Experience managing third-party vendors and APIs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive system analysis and gather information from users to identify business needs.
- Design and implement appropriate information systems aligned with the companys infrastructure.
- Prepare project plans, coordinate resources, and assist in the project approval process.
- Build and develop application tables, panels, and reports while troubleshooting and resolving any issues.
- Provide tier 2 and tier 3 technical support to end users and research potential system solutions.
- Engage in continuous improvement activities to enhance system reliability and performance.
- Document technical processes and maintain thorough records of application system components.
- Promote compliance with all applicable laws and company policies while fostering an environment of improvement.
