Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT support
- Proficient with Windows OS
- Experience with Active Directory
- Knowledge of Office 365 / Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with Azure
- Demonstrated troubleshooting skills
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Strong customer service capabilities
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide first and second level technical support to end users
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Assist with the organization’s core technology systems
- Manage user administration and workstation setups
- Address security principles and cloud-based services
- Document issues and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Communicate effectively with users to resolve their issues
Description
We are seeking a dedicated Level I/II Help Desk Technician to join our IT Support team in Avon, Ohio. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position that requires onsite work, with potential limited hybrid flexibility. We are focused on creating a collaborative environment where you will provide essential technical assistance and support. In return, we offer a competitive salary between $60,000 and $70,000 per year, along with benefits such as 401(k), dental and health insurance, and paid time off.
