Responsibilities
- Serve as a comprehensive ERP Business System Analyst for the North American market, ensuring an exceptional end-user implementation experience
- Manage client interactions while deploying Odoo SaaS solutions
- Assess all facets of clients business operations to align their processes with Odoos offerings
- Determine resource requirements for tasks or projects related to Enterprise Resource Planning implementations
- Oversee ERP implementation projects, creating systems that clients truly value, covering areas like Sales, CRM, E-commerce, supply chain, manufacturing, inventory, POS, and accounting
- Collaborate with Odoo developers to fulfill clients business needs
- Work alongside clients implementation managers during User Acceptance Testing and end-user training
- Occasionally provide advice to the sales team on complex implementations during pre-sales discussions
- Train clients end users on utilizing the Odoo platform
