Responsibilities
- I will rely on you to be the initial point of contact for IT support requests through tickets, emails, or phone calls.
- You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to desktops, printers, and network devices.
- Setting up new employee workstations, phones, and system access credentials will be part of your role.
- You will manage the onboarding and offboarding processes in coordination with HR.
- Assisting with user account management across Microsoft, Google Workspace, and internal systems will be necessary.
- Performing regular maintenance, updates, and security patching of systems will be expected.
- Documentation of system configurations, procedures, and inventory updates will be part of your responsibilities.
- When faced with complex issues, you will escalate them to the IT Manager or vendors as necessary.
- Supporting server and network monitoring tasks as assigned will be part of your duties.
- It's essential that all your activities comply with our company policies and security standards.

Description
This is a full-time, in-person position that may require availability on weekends and holidays as needed. The salary range for this role is $47,000–$55,000 annually, depending on experience. We offer a variety of benefits, including medical insurance, paid time off, and company-provided equipment. Additional benefits include a 401(k) plan, dental insurance, health insurance, and vision insurance.
