Requirements
Must:
- Active Top Secret clearance is mandatory
- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of professional software engineering experience, or 3 years with a related Masters degree
- Proficiency with AWS, C2S, or virtualized infrastructure
- Expertise in Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with scripting in a Linux environment, particularly Shell and Bash
- Experience with automation frameworks such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
- Knowledge of at least one programming language: JavaScript (preferably front-end frameworks), Java, Python, or NodeJS
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Participate actively in a scrum team responsible for developing and maintaining production software
- Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, and remote team members
- Utilize the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or other agile methodologies in daily operations
- Contribute to the design and integration of cloud-based services
- Develop and manage automation processes with tools like Ansible
- Integrate commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) products with custom coding solutions
- Provide consistent software updates and enhancements to existing systems
