Requirements

Must:
- Masters Degree required; preferred in Computer Science or Business - 7 to 10 years of progressive leadership experience - Minimum of 6 years in Digital Transformation and business model innovation - Previous experience in healthcare preferred - Strong knowledge of healthcare technology in hospital and specialty provider spaces preferred - Understanding of specialty drug processes and revenue cycle management - Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems - Background in Hospital/Healthcare provider environments preferred - Entrepreneurial or intrapreneurial mindset - Familiarity with emerging and new technologies in healthcare information technology preferred - Knowledge of software and data engineering practices - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to navigate organizational dynamics - Demonstrated executive presence and articulate communication across all levels - Ability to recognize the impact of tech/digital approaches on business decisions - Capacity to translate complex strategic concepts for diverse audiences - Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively - Resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments - Exceptional emotional intelligence for managing complex relationships - Conversant in user experience research and design activities - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities
