Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of ten (10) years of experience with a BSEE/BSCS degree or relevant expertise.
- Leadership experience managing at least five projects, including overseeing technical activities for two large-scale projects in major metropolitan or statewide areas.
- Proficient with various technologies such as 5G NR, Massive MIMO, mmWave, LAA, 4G LTE, IOT, CBRS, and multi-vendor environments.
- Understanding of layer 3 messages for 4G and 5G networks.
- Capable of conducting event analysis to address accessibility, retainability, and handover success rate issues.
- Extensive experience with planning tools, including Planet EV and Atoll.
- In-depth understanding of link budgets and project creation in planning tools, including tilt/azimuth optimization and proposing new site locations.
- Experience using the ACP (Automatic Cell Planning) tool.
- Ability to offer recommendations for network design enhancements and familiarity with Monte Carlo Analysis.
- Skilled in model tuning and identifying additional sales opportunities.
- Proficient in recommending parameter changes and feature activations based on drive test data for system performance improvements.
- Knowledgeable about optimization tools, such as TEMS investigation, Actix, Agilent, and R&S.
- Understanding of tuning a loaded network, including differentiation between artificial and real traffic loading.
- Detailed knowledge of Layer 3 messaging and the effect of inter-RAT (IRAT) procedures on overall network quality.
- Capable of analyzing drive data and performance statistics to resolve complex issues.
- Understanding the impact of adding additional carriers, particularly with 5G optimization.
- Proficient with the Client ENM and the operation of optimization tools.
- Excellent knowledge of KPIs and able to provide recommendations for improvement.
- Understanding of uplink tuning processes.
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in LTE/5G optimization.
- Competent in using MS Office.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the United States.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing projects and customer relations.

- Provide comprehensive reports and insights on network performance metrics and KPIs.
