Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant field
- Strong grasp of information technology, systems architecture, and business applications
- 1–2 years of relevant experience, or a Masters Degree in place of experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Service-oriented approach focused on delivering value to clients and internal teams
- Experience in gathering requirements, developing user stories, and supporting system design
- Familiarity with supporting or participating in software testing activities, including test planning and execution
- Ability to validate that systems meet functional and business requirements through structured testing methods
- Knowledge of the system development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Experience working with IT systems, applications, and devices in a business context
- Capability to act as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment
- Proficiency in standard business and technical tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration platforms
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Slack, Visio, or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a sharp attention to detail
- Must be able to obtain a DoD Public Trust Clearance
Responsibilities
- Take initiative to resolve complex business and technical challenges, both independently and in collaborative teams
- Manage and prioritize various tasks effectively to adhere to project deadlines
- Navigate ambiguous situations to help define solutions when requirements are not fully articulated
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications and actionable solutions
- Analyze systems, workflows, and data to uncover opportunities for enhancements and optimizations
- Assist in software development and testing processes to ensure solutions align with business and technical expectations
- Engage in the design, documentation, and validation of system improvements and new functionalities
